1. Computer setup.
          We will visit your office or home and setup your computer for any or all of Willow requirements, (click here for details),
          plus SecuRemote, and CyberCentral
                    FEE:  $125 plus license fees for software.

2. Troubleshooting
          We will visit your office or home, and trouble shoot your computer on-site or in our office.
                    FEE:   $100 for first hour or fraction, $50 per hour for subsequent hours.

3.  Special 24 hour Service Contract.
          We will visit your office or home, and either repair your computer on-site, 
          or provide you with a computer already setup for Willow to allow you to 
          continue to work.
                    FEE:   We charge $150 per year for the 24 hour service guarantee. 
                    This fee includes the loan of an alternate computer for up to two weeks,
                    if your computer requires service in the shop.
                    Parts and labor ($50 per hour) required for the repairs will be billed as incurred.

4.   Upgrades
          We will upgrade your computer (if possible) to meet Willow requirements,
          or build you a new computer.
          Our speciality is upgrading to Windows 2000 Professional.
          We will save your personal files, for restoration after the upgrade,
          and reinstall your original software, (please have this software available).
                    FEE:   Normal labor ($50 per hour). Parts costs and license fees will be billed as incurred.

5.   In Home Training
          We will provide in home training either on a one on one basis or for a small group.
                    FEE:   $25.00 per student per hour.

6.   Special arrangements for members of the National Cyberagent Association
                    DISCOUNT:   A discount of 25% will be applied to the above rates, 
                    except for parts, which will be billed at cost.

7.    The above fees will cover house calls in Broward County only.
            For house calls North of Broward County, or in Miami Dade please add $25 for travel time and expenses.
